Once you’ve found a property you’d like to rent, please telephone the office to make an appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. Alternatively you may come in to the office.
You will be required to bring funds for the administration fees. This should be paid in cash only. Cheques or card payments cannot be accepted. Our administration fees can be found on the Our Fees page.

What does the administration fee cover?
Referencing, the tenancy agreement, checking you in to your new property.
What deposit amount must I pay?
The deposit is equivalent to a month and a half rent.
Are there any additional charges to be paid during or after the tenancy?
None. Only the Landlord is charged for administrative fees when renewing a contract. If an inventory is required you will pay for the checkout inspection.
What is the tenancy term?
Six or twelve months.
Who pays the utility bills for the property?
It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay for all the bills including council tax, electric, gas, water, sewage and TV licence (unless otherwise stated in the contract).
